2021: Ruben Rabasa Cameo

We really wanted Ruben Rabasa, of I Think You Should Leave fame, to play the Cuban-sounding roulette dealer during the casino scene. Repeated overtures to Ruben’s agents were fruitless, so we took a risk and sent him the lines via Cameo (the app).

The app allows you only like 140 characters so we had no room for explanation of what we were asking or even character names. We just entered each of his lines as plain text with a dash in front of it, hoping he would read them each, with a pause in between, and that they would up working somehow.

He did just that. Here is his Cameo:
